Terms of Service

1. The Service

Navio provides route planning, fuel stop recommendations, and related navigation assistance for personal use. The service is provided “as is.” Route suggestions are estimates — always verify navigation with authoritative maps and use your own judgment while driving.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mynavio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Free and Pro Plans

Navio offers two tiers:

• Free — Unlimited route planning, 1 saved route, 1 saved vehicle, core features.
• Pro — $7/month or $49/year. Unlimited saved routes and vehicles, plus Amenity Search, Resume Route, Preferred Chains, Driver Switch Intervals, and future Pro features.

Prices are in USD and may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers are not affected by price changes until their next renewal.

4. Billing and Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Navio for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the service at scale.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Share account credentials or circumvent subscription limits.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Navio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that route suggestions will be accurate, current, or free of errors. Navigation is inherently dynamic — road conditions, fuel prices, and place availability change constantly. Use Navio as a planning aid, not as a substitute for your own judgment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to routing errors, missed stops, or vehicle-related decisions made based on Navio's suggestions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@mynavio.com.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
